How to manage jobs posted on your Recruiter Dashboard

Managing the jobs you’ve posted is quick and easy. Follow this guide to access and utilize the features available for managing your job postings.

Accessing the Recruiter Dashboard

  1. Navigate to the Talent section in the navigation bar.
  2. Click on Recruiter Dashboard from the dropdown menu.
  3. From your Recruiter Dashboard, click on the Posted Jobs button to access the section where you can manage your job postings.

Search jobs 

  • Use the search bar to find jobs you’ve posted by entering keywords such as job titles, skills, or areas of expertise. You can search under two tabs: Posted by my organization and My jobs.
  • Filter jobs by their status: Active, Draft, or Closed.

Edit a job posting

  • Locate the job you want to update in your dashboard.
  • Click the Edit button next to the job listing.
  • Make changes to the job description, title, requirements, or application deadline as needed.
  • Save your changes to update the posting.

Copy a job posting

  • Easily duplicate an existing job post to create a new one with similar details.
  • Make necessary adjustments before publishing.

Repost a closed job

  • To repost a closed job:
    1. Go to the Closed Jobs section in your Recruiter Dashboard.
    2. Locate the job you wish to repost or use the search field to find it.
    3. Click on the Repost button and make any updates as needed.

Feature a job posting

  • Increases the visibility of your job by positioning it at the top of the Job Board and including it in our Career Newsletters. This is an additional $199 for nonmembers and $99 for Recruitment Account members.

Delete a job posting

  • To permanently remove a job post, select the job and click the Delete button.

Close a job posting

  • When your job posting is no longer accepting applications, you can mark it as closed.
  • Go to the job post, and click the Close button. Closed jobs remain in your dashboard under the “Closed Jobs” section for reference or reposting.
