Using the job board
To get started, click on JOBS from the top navigation bar.
The Devex job board offers multiple filters to enhance your job search. You can select multiple options within each filter category, such as location, experience, contract type, sector, organization, and project stage, to refine your results based on your preference.
Explore the following options:
- Keyword search: Find jobs based on specific terms or phrases.
- Location: Narrow down opportunities by geographical location.
- Experience level: Filter jobs based on the required level of experience.
- Contract type: Specify the type of employment contract you are looking for.
- Posted date: Sort jobs based on when they were posted.
- Sector: Choose jobs within a particular sector.
- Organization: Explore opportunities with specific organizations.
- Project stage: Refers to the stage of the jobs: either current, talent pool, or proposal.
- Remote: Discover jobs that offer remote work options.
- With Salary: Filter jobs that provide salary information.
- Exclusive: Identify exclusive job listings.
- Sort by: You can also arrange your job results by relevance, publication date, or closing date.
Create a job alert
By creating career alerts, you can effortlessly stay up to date with new job opportunities that align with your specific requirements. Setting this up is free if you have a Devex account. For a step-by-step guide on how to create alerts, click here.
Save a job ad
In browsing through the job board, you may find an opportunity that interests you, but you're just not ready to submit an application. You can save these jobs for later by clicking “Save” from the job list.
Or the “Save for later” button from the job description page.
Viewing saved jobs, submitted job applications, and recommended jobs can be done in two ways:
a. On the job search page, click on “My saved jobs,” located on the right side of the page.
b. From the Devex menu, click on “My saved jobs.”
Apply for a job
Recruiters can specify whether applicants must complete their application on the Devex website or be redirected to the organization's internal recruitment system. To apply for jobs, ensure you are logged in to your Devex account.
For applications on the Devex website:
- Click on the "Apply now" button on the job description page.
- On the next page, review your information, attach a new CV file or use an existing one from your profile, and include a cover letter and other supporting documents.
- After this step, click on "Preview application" to check for complete and accurate information. You can edit your application and make any corrections if needed.
- Click on "Submit application" to finalize the process. Note that applications cannot be withdrawn or edited once submitted. You'll receive a confirmation email that your application has been sent.
For positions where applicants are taken to the organization's internal recruitment site, you'll see a notification before being redirected. Please note that applications made on external websites or outside of Devex are not listed in your applications list.
