How do I reset my password?

If you forgot your password, you can reset it easily by following these step-by-step instructions:

  1. You can reset your password on the Sign in page.
  2. Click the Forgot password? at the lower part of the login form.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  4. Click Send Instructions.
  5. Check your email for the password reset instructions.
  6. Click on the button in the email to set a new password.

Tips and reminders:

  • If unsure of your email address, check your inbox for emails from Devex or search using the keyword "Your Devex password request."
  • If you don't receive the password reset email in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder, or verify that your email settings are correct. 
  • To ensure our emails are not marked as spam, please add info@devex.com to your address book.
  • The secure password link is only active for an hour from the time you made the request. If the link expires, please request a new one by following the same steps mentioned above.
  • If you encounter issues signing in after changing your password, try clearing your browser cookies, removing saved passwords, or signing in with a different browser.
  • If you did not initiate the password reset request, it's possible that someone is trying to access your account. For your account's security, we recommend resetting your password immediately.

 

Have a temporary password?

If you received a temporary password via email, we recommend changing it to your preferred password immediately to keep your account secure.

 To update your temporary password:

  1. Log in to your account using your temporary password.
  2. Go to Devex user menu.
  3. Click on Account & privacy settings.
  4. Scroll down to the Reset password section.
  5. Enter your temporary and new password.
  6. Click on Reset password to save the change. 
  7. You may then start using your updated password to log in to your account.
