Having an issue downloading a report, guide, or cheat sheet?

   Some downloads may require a premium subscription. To download the report, please follow these      instructions:

               2. Click on the report or guide you wish to download.
               3. Complete the download form and submit it.
               4. Check your inbox for the direct link to access the report and guide.

In some cases, premium account members may encounter a prompt asking them to upgrade their membership. If this happens, please disregard the prompt and check your inbox for the direct link to access the report. If the issue persists, you can follow these recommended steps:

               2. Regularly clear your browser's cache and cookies to help load information faster and ensure access to the latest site features.
               3. Try using a different browser or device as the issue may be specific to the one you’re currently using.
