Having trouble canceling your Devex membership?

If you’re trying to cancel your membership but can’t find the Billing page, don’t worry. This might happen if you’re logged in with a different Devex account.

Some members have more than one Devex account, such as one with a work or school email and another with a personal email. You might be logged into the free Community Membership account instead of your paid subscription account.

 

Here’s what you can do:

  1. Log out of Devex.

  2. Log back in using the email address associated with your paid membership. If you’re unsure which email you used, try searching your inbox for emails from Devex, especially your subscription or payment invoices.

  3. Once logged in, go to your billing page.

  4. Click “Manage.”

  5. Then click “Cancel my membership.”

If you still can’t access the Billing page, please contact us at info@devex.com, and we’ll be happy to help verify your account and process the cancellation for you.

 

Important reminders:

  • The Manage button will not appear for accounts with already cancelled memberships.

  • The Billing page will not appear for accounts with free memberships, such as Community or Associate memberships.

  • To confirm your cancellation, revisit your Billing page. It will show the cancellation status.

  • Your premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
