Having trouble updating your email address on your Devex account?

If you can’t update the email address on your Devex account, the new email you’re trying to use might already be linked to another Devex profile.

Each email address can only be connected to one Devex account — either as a primary or alternate email — so it can’t be used on multiple profiles.

Here’s what you can do:

If you see an error or can’t update your email, please follow these steps:

  1. Check if the email address is already linked to another Devex account. 
    • Try logging in with that email at www.devex.com/login 
    • If it works, that email is already linked to another account.
  2. Decide which account you want to keep. 
    • If you’d like to use that email for your active Devex profile, you’ll need to delete the other account associated with that email first.
    • Once deleted, return to your main account and update your email address again.
  3. Use a different email address.
    • If you want to keep both accounts, update your current profile with another email that isn’t already linked to Devex.
