If you missed the email we sent with your app credentials, click this DIRECT LINK to get an email to set a new access code or passcode.
On the App:
- Enter your event registered email address and click the NEXT button
- Click the CHANGE link below
- The passcode email sender is email@example.com.
- The email subject would be Password recovery if you initiated the request via the App. If through the above direct link it's Reset your event access code.
- In case you don't see a message about it in your inbox, check your spam/promotions folder.
- If receiving the access code reset email remains a challenge, contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org.
