How do I cancel my membership?

 

This cancellation process applies ONLY to individual memberships. If you are thinking about not renewing your membership or are simply undecided, you can follow the same steps below to prevent your membership from auto-renewing. Make sure you log in with the email address linked to your paid membership. If you're unsure of the email address you used, search your inbox for emails from Devex.

 

1. Go to your  billing page

2. Click on "Manage"

3. Click on "Cancel my membership"

 

 

 

Important:

  • The "Manage" button is not available on accounts with cancelled memberships.
  • To confirm if you have successfully cancelled your membership, re-access the billing page.
  • Your premium access to the content included in your membership will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
